Our latest Medner systems measure both the evaporator temperature and the air temperature in the user area. This gives you a comprehensive overview of the actual thermal conditions inside your cryo chamber at all times.

While the industry mostly communicates cryo chamber performance based on the evaporator temperature, Medner goes a decisive step further. On the POWERCAB ONE, windchill is added on top: through targeted air circulation, the perceived temperature reaches down to –90 °C – well below the measured air temperature. To keep measured and perceived cold clearly separated, we state all three values individually.

With this innovation, Medner is among the pioneers of transparent performance communication in the cryo industry. Instead of limiting ourselves to a single technical reference value, we provide all relevant temperature values – for a realistic and well-founded assessment of the actual operating conditions.
